Nurses all around the world celebrate their professional holidays on this day. Similarly, the nurse’s profession always remains one of the most significant and sought after. Nurses are always devotees to patient’s lives to caring for people’s health. In addition, their daily hard work of helping and caring for patients deserves the warmest words of respect and gratitude.

Russian Education Forum wishes you all a happy International Nurses Day. Today, when we confront yet another difficult challenge as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. These are nurses, our dear nurses, who personally engaged in the war against this disease. It’s been a year since the COVID-19 pandemic began. And there have been more than 16 million COVID-19 cases worldwide since then. Nurses are at the frontline to fight against the COVID-19 epidemical situation. They, at the risk of their own safety, leaving their families and loved ones, care for patients day and night, helping them recover. These all nurses, including doctors and other healthcare professionals, offer high-quality, uninterrupted care. Their professional bravery in serving the Russian people will be strongly admired.
As part of the Russian Education Forum’s International Nurses Day campaign, we will be releasing a variety of key resources and bursary for international students. The announcement of the funding project’s mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students around the world who wish to earn an undergraduate nursing and health-related program in Russian Universities by aiding them in paying for university. We are seeing the importance of nursing education even more than before in this moment of great difficulty and unparalleled healthcare demand.
