Foreign students who pay full tuition or obtain partial grant awards from HSE University will be able to pick from a new choice of housing alternatives in Moscow beginning June 1, 2021. Similarly, HSE University in Moscow is switching to a dormitory model for foreign students who receive partial financial aid or pay in full for their studies. The average monthly housing fee is $40 USD.
Foreign Students can now choose the best housing option based on their preferences and financial ability under the new plan. Similarly, from now on foreign students will be able to select from a variety of accommodation facilities and make a housing request. To complete the form, you must be an HSE University applicant who has paid for their first semester of education.
